Refund Processing Time

We endeavor to process all refunds promptly, typically within 24 hours of a recharge failure. However, please note that it may take your bank up to 5-7 working days to reflect the refunded amount in your account.

Who is Eligible for a Refund?
Refunds are initiated under the following conditions:
  1. Successful Payment: If your payment was successfully processed but you did not receive the recharge.
  2. Recharge Failure: If the recharge failed due to reasons beyond your control.

Please note that we do not accept responsibility for failures arising from user errors such as selecting the wrong operator or entering an incorrect mobile number. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.

Mode of Refund

If any bill payment or recharge fails, the amount will be credited to your PayKash refund wallet. You can withdraw this amount to your bank account by adding your bank details in the refund section.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Orders in pending status will be either fulfilled or cancelled automatically within T+1 business days. In the event of an order cancellation or failure, the refund will be returned to your original payment source.

How to Request a Refund
While most refunds are processed automatically, you may contact us directly if:
  • Refunds are credited to the refund wallet instantly. Users can withdraw the amount immediately to their bank account if their bank details are already added.
