We endeavor to process all refunds promptly, typically within 24 hours of a recharge failure. However, please note that it may take your bank up to 5-7 working days to reflect the refunded amount in your account.
Please note that we do not accept responsibility for failures arising from user errors such as selecting the wrong operator or entering an incorrect mobile number. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
If any bill payment or recharge fails, the amount will be credited to your PayKash refund wallet. You can withdraw this amount to your bank account by adding your bank details in the refund section.
Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Orders in pending status will be either fulfilled or cancelled automatically within T+1 business days. In the event of an order cancellation or failure, the refund will be returned to your original payment source.
